It has an enamelled pan support that is easy to clean, synchronised piezo ignition and cartridge locking system. It comes with a hard plastic carry case that is lightweight, robust and durable enabling easy transportation and storage. On the face of it this is a neat little stove, it packs into a relatively small box, the gas is tucked away inside and it's nice and stable.

Unfortunately it is not that powerful, it found it hard to boil our kettle, let alone anything else. That may be due to us using non campingaz gas perhaps. Anyway as a main stove it's just not up to the job I don't think.

Not as good as the opposition

We have this and a cheapo Sungas version. The Sungas version is much more efficient. I think that the problem with the Campinggaz one is that the stand is too high above the flame. OK to put something on that you want to cook slowly - no good for a quick cuppa!
