We've just been away for the weekend and we borrowed one of these. We managed to get all of our stuff in it but with no room to spare and that's with the high cover rather than the standard one.We do however have a pretty huge tent.
The high cover has a metal frame that hold it up, which is annoying for 2 reasons. Firstly once it's on you can't open the tailgate of the trailer without lifting the frame out of the way. Secondly it has a tendency to fall apart as it only slots together and requires the cover to hold it all in place.
Apart from the size and the issues with the cover the trailer was good. Towing it was uneventful and the fuel consumption seemed to improve if anything.
All-in-all a good trailer but a bit too small for our needs, we'll be looking out for an Erde 142 on ebay I think.
