Comag Mini Satellite Carry Boxed System inc SL-30-12v

This kit from Comag contains everything required to watch Free to Air Digital Satellite TV whilst on a camping or caravan trip, except for the TV itself. It includes the new EASYFIND system which allows you to locate the satellite in SECONDS.

It is suitable for receiving Sky/Freesat Free to Air satellite channels throughout England, Wales and Ireland. The dish is likely to be too small for Scotland. You can also use it for many European satellites throughout Europe.

Mounts are provided to fix the 40cm steel satellite dish to the wall, a pole or a table.

The EASYFIND system means setting up is incredibly simple - it literally takes seconds! Just select the Astra 2 satellite with the remote, then rotate the dish until the LED light on the LNB turns green. That's it!!!

The Easyfind LNB is ultra low-noise at 0.1dB, which means that it is more sensitive and higher quality.

"Locate the satellite in SECONDS" it says. Sorry, but that is misleading! It takes much longer. Here is my personal breakdown:
Open box and read instructions - 5 mins
Disentangle coax cable - 1 min
Fit F-connectors to coax - 20 mins
Disentangle coax cable - 1 min
Fit dish to narrowboat roof - 2 mins
Disentangle coax cable - 1 min
Connect cable and switch on - 2 mins
Look at neighbours dish and point mine in roughly the same direction - 1 min
Swing dish to acquire green light / wife shouts, "That's it" - 15 seconds

"Locate the satellite in SECONDS" - RUBBISH!
