Does what it says on the tin.

For the price of it, its a great little stove. Small and light enough to keep in the back of the van - this is when the case is useful, keeps it clean and safe. For less than a tenner you cant go wrong id say.

We bought this little stove en route on an impulsive camping night out, and my partner would not consider not waking up to a cup of coffee. It was stable, very easy to operate and boiled the kettle quickly.

I like the feature that disconnects the gas canister, which can then remain in the gas compartment until needed again.

Well pleased, decent function and ok build

Slightly surprised by a couple of less favourable reviews here so wanted to offer another view as we really like our Bistro

We got this to replace a wobble C206 Bluet that was a bit too top heavy to have around young kids. Suitcase stoves are so much less hassle than the big bottle fed stoves and a petrol stove just didnt appeal

All the makes of these stoves are a cheap as chips so, since we already liked all the other CamingGaz stuff we had it seemed a no brainer to get this one. It helped that Yeomans had a deal with 4 free canisters.

In use it is plenty fast enough for us and admirably fulfils the safety side by being very stable. It lights easily, burns fairly quietly (you get a nice gentle roar which rouses the Tea drinkers gently from their slumbers) and offers a lot of flame control. If anything it doesnt turn down quite enough (burns toast if you are slow). The contruction is a little flimsy (esp the canister door), but then that makes it lightweight and doesnt seem to detract from the function. All the important gas handling bits seem to be made from metal (unlike some cheaper stoves who use rubber) so I trust it to keep working for years

5 out of 5 for use

5 out of 5 for value

4.5 out of 5 for construction

Lacks power

On the face of it this is a neat little stove, it packs into a relatively small box, the gas is tucked away inside and it's nice and stable.

Unfortunately it is not that powerful, it found it hard to boil our kettle, let alone anything else. That may be due to us using non campingaz gas perhaps. Anyway as a main stove it's just not up to the job I don't think.
