Two person Assault 23 dome tent which is part of The North Face Summit Series range, developed for serious athletes and suitable for hardcore expedition work.
From base camp to summit the Asault 23 tent is capable of coping with the most extreme weather, terrain and temperatures. The Asault 23 has a 30-denier Epic by Nextec Malibu ripstop polyester flysheet, a 33 denier, 244T nylon with silicone and 1500 mm PU inner and a 50 denier, 270T nylon taffeta coated with 3000 mm PU groundsheet. The tent features DAC Featherlite™ NSL RC poles with Fusion pitch (continuous pole sleeves on tent body and Microclip™ for top vent pole), a silicone vestibule and pass through frog eye vents with no-stretch Kevlar® guylines with camming adjusters. There is a brow pole to create lift venting and the tent has top vents with zip closures and a drop door with full mesh second door. A fully taped ultralight floor and a removable vestibule wth hoop pole and SR buckle attachments completes the tent’s main features and it also has reflective guyline loops and glow-in-the-dark zip pulls, is compatible with The North Face Gear Loft #2 internal hang loops and comes in its own stuffsack.
