Our first two attempts at camping were blighted by our pre-schoolers not sleeping too well. OK OK that's an understatement, our then 1 year old refused to sleep one night, screaming down the entire campsite in the process. Part of the problem (we hope) was that they didn't have their own sleeping stuff. So, to that end, we've bought them a ready bed each.
We, well Bry (see What would Bry buy?) got our now 2 year old a 'Peppa Pig, My First Ready Bed' which seems fine although when we got it out for her to get acquainted with it she was not impressed and would not get on it under any circumstance. So that bodes well ... not.
Our (now) 5 year old has got a bigger 'Junior Ready Bed' as he's a big boy and no mistake. He was so keen on it when we got them out for the trial run that he had to be held back while it was blown up. I tried his out and it was very comfy. Obviously the Star Wars theme helped with his enthusiasm. Let's hope they sleep in them when we do manage to get away.
ready beds!
i’ve never seen these before — they’re not available (as far as i know) in the u.s. — a kind of combination airbed + sleeping bag? awesome!
