BoginaBagThis interesting little product is the talk of the camping twitterverse today and I can see why. It's for when you need to go and there is nowhere to go.

It's a stool with a hole in the middle that comes with bags to go over the stool and through the hole. The bags contain water absorbing crystals. You put the bag on/through the stool, sit down and ... I'll stop the graphic description there but you get the idea I hope.

It's been reviewed in more detail by GearWeAre and the BoginaBag website has lots more information.

So who would buy such an item, well festival goers may obviously find it preferable to the communal alternatives, as GearWeAre so eloquently put it "BoginaBag better than gaginabog at Glasto". Is it useful for general campers? Well for wild campers it could be although you still need to find somewhere to dump the used bags so the more traditional shovel solution might be better.

For car campers pitched on a campsite with a toilet block it might be handy for those who currently take a portable toilet 'for nighttime emergencies' as it takes up less room when packed away. It might also be useful to have one in the back of the car for those "Daddy I need a wee ... NOW" moments.
