I've just had @Diddyvans start following me on twitter. They make little teardrop caravans that are so cool. I saw one (well it looked like one) being towed by a big trike a few weekends ago, it looked brilliant.

From what I can tell, they are basically a double bed in a well insulated aerodynamic shell with an optional kitchen at the back. Nice to see someone thinking outside the box and producing something a little different for an affordable price (they start at around £3000).

They are built on a reliable AL-KO chassis (like lots of caravans and trailer tents are) but the bodies are are all handmade and customized to the individual needs. They'll even make you one from the back of an old VW Beetle (if you have one lying around that is).
