I use Gooutdoors a lot for our camping needs, even though there is a Towsure less than 5 minutes walk from my house.

Last year we bought a 12v converter to run our cool box in the tent. When I got it out to check it last week it had stopped working but I didnt have the receipt, packaging or even know when exactly I'd bought it. I phoned gooutdoors and they said bring it down and they could check when I bought it from my discount card. When I got there they checked and I'd had it less than a year, they just replaced it immediatly, no quibble. I've had need to return items in the past and always had great service and no problems. I always say that things can go wrong wherever you buy something but its what they do about it that counts, and they count.
