After searching around we finally settled on SK Camping for a new tent. After much research we were buying the Outwell Trout Lake. We had opted for SK Camping due to the excellent package deal they offering which included the Trout Lake, Footprint, Carpet and Windbreak. We also added the front extention.

We did a call the following day to advise that the front extention was out of stock and they could no longer get anymore this year offering us a full refund or we could leave it on back order till next spring.

With the increase in cost each year that seems to be the norm we opted to leave it on back order.

The tent and everything else though turned up the very next day well packaged and from box to pitch in the garden without problem. Very pleased with the service overall.

Oh and the front extention did arrive a few months later as promised. in fact they had called us twice before hand. keeping us updated on expected delivery dates we did not chase them or feel the need anytime! somthing thats rare these days! so nice one!
