Here's one I made earlier

Ever wondered how AQUAPAC make their range of 100% waterproof gadget cases and bags? Well here's a quick run through.

TPU rolls
We cut TPU down into small sheets on this big scary cutter
Then we use precision cutters to create the layers of each case. This is a camera case.
We use a very special material for our camera case lenses.
We have over 400 different tools used for our cases
This is an rf welding tool which seals up the camera case lenses
We usually make 10000 of each case at a time, testing at every step of the way
We test in one of our water pressure chambers to 2 bar
After welding we remove the excess material and use it to cut out any small parts, reducing waste to a min
Finishing touches are added by hand weld using strange tools like this!
We do more qc checks as each bag is assembled with it's clamp by hand
Any waste/rejects are used for prototype work or sent for recycling

And here are the finished products
