Just stumbled across these funky rechargeable lights. They look pretty cool. Having upto 160 LEDs they should be pretty bright while also having a good battery life. I think they would be quite a jolly light to use, the wand design looks like it will give a good spread of light when hanging up or for that late wander to the toilet block.

I like the hook on the end too, will be easy to hook up on the loop in the top of our big tent, although in a smaller tent there might not be quite so clever. Not nice to bang your head on.

I think they could do with a stand so that you could use them like big candles to sit around in the evening. Apart from that they look like an interesting and innovative idea. We might even buy one.

Yes, yes I know I've not mentioned that they obviously also look like light sabres and that is an obvious attraction too. The downside is they are a little pricey at around £40.
