The different airbed or air mattress varieties can make for comfortable sleeping but they have one big minus point – they can get punctured. Sometimes the leak is slow, meaning you fall asleep and all is well, only to find yourself waking up freezing cold and with nothing but hard ground beneath you.

French holidays can be particularly fun if they are spent camping. From gorgeous villages with luxury apartments to smaller campsites where you can setup a tent, France offers those on holidays plenty of options. Whether you prefer to sunbathe and relax near the beach, or you want lively entertainment and plenty of activities, there is something for everyone. With so many camping sites to choose from, it can be difficult finding just the right one. Before you embark on your next camping adventure, ask yourself a few questions to determine which camping site is best for you.

Coleman Xylo Sleeping BagChoosing a sleeping bag for camping can be a bit daunting, with so many styles and brands to choose, it's worth reading up a little before you decide to buy so that you make an informed choice and spend your cash wisely. My own experience of trying to find a sleeping bag a few years back was not a good one, with little information avaialble at the stores I visited.
